Had an amazing time at this traditional inn! The Japanese-style breakfast was jaw-dropping, showcasing local flavors. The private onsen was the perfect way to unwind after our busy days. Plus, the cozy room had a peaceful view of the beautiful garden. Absolutely recommended! 🌸

We had an amazing time staying at this traditional inn with friends. Our room was really cozy, and we especially loved the view of the peaceful garden. After a long day visiting the Golden Pavilion and Arashiyama Bamboo Grove, relaxing in the private onsen was the highlight of our trip. The hosts provided us with great local tips and were super accommodating.

The only downside was the remote location. we had to rely on public transport to get around, which took a bit longer than expected.

Sharing toilets can be uncomfortable!!! The upstairs toilets were barely adequate for Western standards. Some individual cleanliness items, like personal slippers in bathrooms, would enhance the experience!!!

Additionally, the walls weren't very soundproof, making it challenging to maintain privacy when other guests were in the hallways.
